Terms and conditions apply, on one hand, to # TAG MARKET e.U. / ISLAND GIRL, registered in the trade register of Vienna, Austria and, on the other, to the person/people who acquire through our web any products/services.
# TAG MARKET e.U. / ISLAND GIRL reserves the right to revise and modify the hereby conditions at any moment, therefore the buyer must always read them before placing an order.

3. ORDER
All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, the buyer will be informed in short notice and will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.
To place an order, the buyer will have to use the buy online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an email acknowledging receipt of his/her order (Order Confirmation).

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices indicated in this website are shown in Euros and include VAT, excluding shipping costs, which will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location.
All products are subject to change of price at any moment, although price modifications will not affect orders already confirmed by us.
Products will remain property of # TAG MARKET e.U. / ISLAND GIRL until the payment has been confirmed.
If your purchase is done through our E-shop
(domain https://officialislandgirl.bigcartel.com/) all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros and using a credit card or PayPal. If the purchase is done by email, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros and the payment must be made through bank transfer or PayPal. Maximum security is guaranteed for the three payment methods via SSL security certificate. Our E-shop has the necessary SSL certificates to provide a secure connection for our customers. 6. SELF- PICK UP
6.1. If you are in the Vienna (Austria) region and you want to save on shipping costs, please send us and email with your order, no shipping cost will be calculated on your email order if you pick up the item at our stockist’s location below.
6.2. Make sure to enter the code “PICKUPVIENNA” during check-out via our E-shop to save local shipping cost.

7. DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered at the address provided by the buyer as soon as possible: within 2 to 5 working days for deliveries inside the EU and within 4 to 8 working days for countries outside the EU, always subject to stock and availability.
8. CHANGES AND REFUND
8.1 Changes:
In order to change a product: you have 14 days from the date of arrival of your purchase. To proceed, please always notify us at
[email protected] indicating the product you wish to change and the reason why you want to change it.
Any change will only be accepted when the item is in perfect condition with its original packaging. Please send the products you want to change to the below address:

We recommend you to send the package with tracking number to avoid any ‘lost in transit’. Any exchange for another item will generate new shipping costs that will be at your charge.
We do make an exception for goods, that have been delivered in a damaged condition via delivery process through the delivery company (postal service), or broke in-between the 14 days of receiving your parcel - in these cases, new shipping costs are complimentary by ISLAND GIRL for your exchange product.
Please download the RMA form (Return Merchandise Application) and fill out all the necessary information related to your exchange or return and send it with your parcel.
8.2 Refund:
